The Oxford Arts Festival Talent Quest is an integral part of the annual Oxford Arts Festival, celebrating the cultural and creative diversity of the performing arts community in Sydney.

 

The talent quest is a platform for Sydney's finest and often undiscovered performers to battle it out for the $1000 cash prize!!!

 

Contestants of all ages, nationalities, backgrounds and experience perform a variety of artistic genres including but not limited to the following: music, dance, comedy, magic, improv acting, poetry, performance art.

 

"If you want to learn the craft of being an artist to become a star, then we want you. The Quest, allows you to hone your chops as an entertainer in front of judges who are artists. painters and musicians, who have and are still treading the creative path themselves.The Quest also allows you in to a community, the wild and wonderful artistic galaxy that is Darlinghurst's TAP gallery. The Quest takes place on a stage whereby you'll be judged for your talent, your personal narrative, your sincerity, and your connection with an audience.This is anti X-Factor.
